# Adding content to Collages

**Collages** are a flexible way to organize content. Unlike folders — which keep a strict one-to-one relationship — a single asset can live in **many** Collages without duplication. That lets the same asset support multiple initiatives at once: campaigns, brand kits, and projects, whether short-term or long-term.

## Add from a folder

1. Find your content — recent folders on the **Dashboard** "Recents" card, or the full folder archive from the navigation menu.
2. Use the checkboxes to select one or more assets.
3. In the bulk-action options, click the **Collage** icon (to the right of the selection counter).
4. In the window that appears, search for or create a Collage, then click **Add**.

## Add from the asset detail page

1. Open an asset and click the **Collage** icon in the right-hand menu to see which Collages it belongs to.
2. Click **Add to Collage** and pick one.

## Add from the three-dot menu

1. Anywhere an asset is listed — a folder, a Collage, or the asset detail page — open the **three-dot** menu.
2. Click **Add to Collage**, which opens the same **Add to Collage** dialog.
