You manage them from **Account Settings → Announcements**, where every message appears in a table showing its name, author, **Status**, **Publish Date**, and **Publish For**. ## Create an announcement 1. In **Account Settings → Announcements**, click **+ Add Announcement** in the top-right corner. 2. Enter an **Announcement Name** and a **Description**. 3. Set the **Schedule Date** for when the message should become visible. 4. Choose **Publish For** to set the audience: **All**, **Admin**, **Brand Portal Users**, or **Specific User**. 5. Set the status using the action buttons at the bottom of the dialog: - **Save as Draft** — save without sending. - **Schedule** — publish automatically at the future date you set (the **Scheduled** status is applied when the Schedule Date is in the future). - **Publish Now** — send immediately. 6. The announcement appears in the Announcements table with its status. > Use **Draft** while you're still writing, then switch to **Scheduled** or **Published** when it's ready. ## Find, edit, or delete announcements - **Search and filter** — use the search bar to find a message by title, and the status filter to view **All**, **Published**, **Scheduled**, or **Draft** items. - **Row actions** — open the three-dot menu on any row to: - **Edit** — update content, change the audience, or reschedule. - **View** — open the announcement to read it. - **Delete** — remove the announcement. > Once deleted, an announcement **cannot be recovered** — be sure before removing one.
