# Customizing your brand portal

You can update your brand portal with custom colors, banner images, tiles, and your company logo and favicon. We recommend using all of these to best represent your brand when distributing content.

## Logo, favicon, and custom colors

1. Go to **DAM → Portals**, then select the portal you want to customize.
2. Open the **Customize** tab.
3. Enter your **Portal Name**, then upload your **Portal logo** and **Favicon** using the **Upload logo** / **Replace logo** buttons.
4. Choose your **Brand Colors** — **Primary** and **Secondary**. A preview updates as you pick.
5. Add a **Meta Description** to control how your portal appears in search results and link previews.
6. Toggle **Public Portal** on to make the portal accessible without a login, or leave it off to keep it private.
7. Click **Submit** to save your changes.

Your logo appears on your brand portal, the portal login page, and custom share-link pages. The favicon shows in browser tabs, and your colors style the portal interface.

## Banners and tiles

Custom banners and tiles make it easier for partners and colleagues to find the right content. Both are managed from **DAM → Portals → \[portal\] → Content Blocks**.

### Manage banners

1. Within **Content Blocks**, open the **Banners** section.
2. Drag and drop your image into the upload zone, or click to browse.
3. Enter the **Banner URL** (where clicking sends the user — inside the portal or an external URL), a **Banner Title** (for your own organization), and optional **Overlay Text** (greys the image slightly and adds a short caption).
4. Click **Submit**. The banner appears in the **Banner List** — use the **Status** toggle to turn it **On** so it shows on the portal.

> Note: Banner images should be 1920 × 500.

To reorder banners, click the three dots to the left of a banner and drag it up or down.

### Manage tiles

Tiles work almost identically to banners, with a few differences:

- The tile field is labeled **Tile Name** (not **Banner Title**), is limited to 30 characters, and is always displayed to portal visitors, so make it descriptive.
- Tile images should be 900 × 670.
- Use the **Carousel** toggle above the **Tile List** to choose between a single-row rotating carousel (on) or stacked rows (off).
