If you haven't created a link yet, start with [Creating share links](https://support.collage.inc/articles/creating-share-links). ## Filter links by status The Shares page organizes your links into three categories: - **Active URLs** — links that are currently live and accessible. - **Revoked URLs** — links you manually disabled. - **Expired URLs** — links that automatically expired after their set expiration date. ## What each link shows Under **Active URLs**, every link displays these fields: - **Title** - **Description** - **Created Date** - **30 days views** - **Created By** The Revoked and Expired filters show the same fields, but the links no longer work. ## Revoke a link To shut off access, **revoke** the link. Revoking disables it **immediately** — anyone who opens it afterward no longer reaches the content. Revoked links move to the **Revoked URLs** filter so you keep a record. ## Delete multiple links Each link has a checkbox, so you can select several at once. On the **Revoked** and **Expired** filters, use the **Delete Shared URL** button to permanently remove one link or a batch — a fast way to clean up old share history. ## Edit a link's title and description You can personalize how a link is presented by editing its **Title** and **Description**. For example, a link that defaults to a Collage name like "3D Creation" can be renamed to "Client Presentation – July" so recipients immediately understand the content. > Note: Revoke first, delete later. Revoking stops access instantly; deleting only removes the record from your list.
