As you add audiences — retailers, regional teams, partners, press — each one needs different content and branding. **Multiple brand portals** let you give each audience its own separate portal. ## Why run more than one portal - **The right content for each audience** — show retailers their catalog and the press team its media kit, without either seeing the other's material. - **Separate branding** — each portal can carry its own [logo, colors, banners, and tiles](https://support.collage.inc/articles/customizing-your-brand-portal). - **Cleaner access** — [each user's role](https://support.collage.inc/articles/user-roles-explained) grants access to one or more specific portals, so people only see what's relevant to them. ## Add a portal Click **Add Portals** on the **Portals** page to create another one. How many portals your workspace can have is set by your subscription — once you've used that allocation, the button will let you know you don't have access to additional portals, and you'll need to reach out to [support@collage.inc](mailto:support@collage.inc) to raise the limit. ## How content reaches each portal What appears on a portal is still driven by [permissions](https://support.collage.inc/articles/public-private-and-portal-defaults) — you make assets, folders, and Collages public to surface them. With multiple portals, you curate which content each audience sees and [add the right portal users](https://support.collage.inc/articles/adding-brand-portal-users) to each.
