# Submitting feedback or a bug report

When you want to share feedback, suggest an improvement, or report a bug, you can send it to the Collage team without leaving the platform. The **Submit Feedback** form lives under the **Help / Support** section and routes your message to the team.

## Send feedback

1. Open **Help / Support** and select **Submit Feedback**.
2. Review the auto-filled details — your **User Name**, **Email**, and **Workspace Name** are pulled from your account and can't be edited, so the team can identify your environment.
3. Enter your **Feedback Comment** (the only required field) — general feedback, a feature idea, a bug report, or a UX note.
4. Click **Submit Feedback**. A confirmation shows your feedback was received.

> Be specific — include what you expected and what happened — so the team can respond effectively.
