If you belong to more than one workspace — for example, your company and a test environment — switching between them in Collage is quick and seamless. Each workspace has its own content and settings.
Find the Profile / Settings menu
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar to open the Profile / Settings menu. This menu lists every workspace you have access to, with a checkmark next to the one that's currently active.
Switch to another workspace
- Click your avatar at the bottom-left of the sidebar to open the Profile / Settings menu.
- A list of all workspaces you have access to appears in the menu.
- Click the workspace you want to switch to.
- A checkmark appears next to the active workspace, and the page refreshes with settings relevant to that workspace.
Note: If you don't see a workspace you're expecting, double-check that you've been added to it. If not, ask your IT team or Account Owner for access.
